i took an 8 course modeling class for 8 weeks once a week and there was a big show at the end. I’ve found an agency that I’m really interested in and a pro photographer is coming out to shoot (for me to send in pics) but is that all i have to do
i contacted them and they said send in a picture with your name and number but do i have to do any thing else it seems kinda week.

Yesterday I went to John Robert Powers talent agency for an audition but they told me that it is required for me to take their classes (which can go up to over $4,000) if I want them to represent me and book me with clients. I was told several times that if anyone wants to represent me then they would cover everything I need and will not make me pay for classes. So can anyone tell me the names of any good, legit modeling agencies?

I am toying with with idea of taking classes at John Casablanca’s but I dont know if that is what I should do. I want to get involved in underwear modeling. I dont see why I need to take a class that goes over runway and other aspects of modeling. How do I get my pictures seen without these classes that arnt what I am looking for now?

i learned a trick to always be happy look for the little things like youre rainbow colored nails or your spiderman underwear and that purple feather in youre braid

When I get into college, I would like to begin taking acting and modeling classes and maybe be an extra for some movies or go to some open casting calls for acting and/or modeling. Do you think this is a good idea and a good time to start? I have recently become interested in acting and am 16, but don’t think my parents would approve much. Should I take a few acting/modeling classes first thing in college? And approx. how much would that cost? Or should I go to some open calls or something first to see if it’s something i really want to do? Any advice on how to get into this business or your own personal experiences would be very helpful and thank you!

The only experience I have is two plays in elementary school and another one 3 years back in middle school and a drama class that same year… I know that to become an actress I have to get a lot of practice in and develop my skill…
I was wondering if you knew of any acting classes that could help me get ready for acting and becoming an actress… I’d prefer if said classes were developed to fit the needs of an AMATEUR COMPLETELY NEW and INEXPERIENCE girl at my age who has never taken a class before…
Also, I’ve been thinking about maybe doing a little bit of modeling… or modeling classes at least… my mom wants me to bring up my self confidence and apparently modeling classes are the way to do that ….
